Cancellation & Refund Policy - AInSEO

At AInSEO, we strive for transparency and fairness. Because our work involves customized, AI-driven SEO strategies and time-bound expert effort, this policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.

1. Service Cancellation

  • Clients may request cancellation at any time by emailing us at info@ainseo.com.
  • To stop the next renewal, please provide notice at least 7 days before your next billing date.
  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email) to ensure proper documentation.
  • Upon cancellation, future work will cease and any scheduled tasks or resources will be released.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment: You accidentally paid twice for the same invoice.
  • Non-delivery due to our technical fault: We are unable to commence services and it is attributable to AInSEO.
  • Early withdrawal (pre-kickoff): Project has not started and you request cancellation within 48 hours of payment.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Work already delivered or partially completed (including research, strategy docs, audits, briefs, content drafts, or implementations).
  • Delays or non-performance caused by missing client inputs (access, approvals, content, credentials).
  • Performance outcomes such as rankings, traffic, or revenue-these depend on search algorithms and market factors beyond our control.
  • Custom or one-time deliverables (technical audits, keyword maps, topical clusters, schema plans, link prospecting lists).
  • Third-party fees (tools, ads, subscriptions) paid on your behalf.

4. Billing Cycles & Prorations

  • Monthly retainers run on a recurring billing cycle. Cancellations apply to future cycles only.
  • Unless explicitly stated in your Statement of Work (SOW), partial month refunds or prorations are not offered.

5. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time is typically 7–14 business days; bank timelines may vary.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

6. Amendments & Pauses

  • You may request a service pause (subject to availability). Paused retainers do not accrue deliverables.
  • Scope changes are handled via written approval and may affect pricing and timelines.
